Inquiry data

When the short form is available, clicking «Discuss project» with your consent sends your name, phone number, project description and selected website format to the KODFORMA server. The server emails the inquiry to the studio’s business address. We need this information to discuss the project, prepare a proposal and contact you.

The success message appears once the server’s mail system accepts the email for delivery. It does not mean the message has reached the «Inbox» or been read.

If submission is unavailable, you can contact us directly on Telegram or by phone. If submission fails, completed fields remain in the open tab. The site does not store them in cookies or the browser’s local storage.

Detailed project description

When you click «Submit inquiry» in the detailed brief, and with your consent, the site sends your name, contact details and project answers to the KODFORMA server. The full description is emailed to the studio’s business address. You can provide a phone number or Telegram username — we use it to respond to your inquiry.

Until you click the button, your answers remain in the open tab; if an error occurs, you can correct and resubmit them. The site has no inquiry database. After submission, the inquiry is stored in the studio’s business email and processed by the mail services involved in its delivery.

Payment via Tochka Bank

You can choose and pay for one of three base packages on the website: a business card website for $180, a landing page for $600, or a company website for $1,780. The package name, base scope, and amount are determined by the KODFORMA server; the browser neither sends nor can change the price.

To create a payment link, the server sends Tochka Bank the selected package, amount, payment purpose, email address for payment information, and the payer's name if provided. Card details and bank login data are entered only on Tochka Bank's secure page and never reach the KODFORMA server.

The server's private storage keeps the technical request and payment identifiers, selected package, amount, email and payer name when provided, status, and operation times. This information is needed to verify and fulfil the order, contact the payer, issue refunds, and meet accounting and tax requirements. Bank access secrets are stored outside the site's public directory.

To keep resubmitting the form from creating a second payment operation, the site stores a random technical attempt identifier in the current tab’s storage and in the browser’s local storage. The local-storage record is valid for 7 days, allowing the same attempt to be resumed safely after the page has been closed and reopened. The record contains only the identifier, its expiry time, and the selected package code; it does not contain the payer’s name, email address, or amount. A confirmed closed attempt removes the record, and an expired record is no longer used.

Analytics and third-party services

The site uses no advertising pixels or third-party traffic analytics. When an inquiry is submitted, source, channel and campaign tags from the page URL may be sent to identify where the inquiry came from. These tags are not stored in the browser.

To improve the site, we count page views, demo selections, visits to inquiry pages and the start of form completion. The server separately counts accepted inquiries and delivery errors. These statistics contain no names, contact details, field text, full page URLs or visitor identifiers. Cookies are not used for analytics, and this information is not shared with third-party analytics providers.

Counters are stored on the server as daily totals. When statistics are updated, totals older than 60 days are deleted. To prevent excessive requests, a coded form of the IP address is temporarily used; it is not linked to event statistics. The browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings disable event collection in the browser.

Telegram buttons open an external service. If you contact us there directly, further correspondence is also processed under Telegram’s rules. Website forms submit inquiries by email.

Technical logs

The website runs on a KODFORMA server. When a page opens, the server may record technical information: IP address, request time, page URL and response code. These records are used to operate and protect the website.

To limit repeat submissions, the site separately stores a protected code derived from the IP address, the number of attempts and the restriction expiry time. This file is outside the site’s public directory and contains no original IP addresses, contact details or inquiry text.
