AI can make mistakes. We limit the scope of its answers, show sources and route uncertain cases to staff. Important actions require manual approval.
Do we need to train a custom model?
Usually ready-made models are sufficient. We will test them on the company's tasks and consider separate training if the results do not meet the agreed criteria.
Can we work with confidential documents?
Yes. Before development, we agree on data storage, access permissions and whether data may be shared with external services. These requirements determine the technical solution.
